I hav spent years in Lagos so Touts or Agberos dnt rlly hav good records and they re not easily dispersed if u allow them to form a community. They contribute immensely on road accidents, traffics,and all manner of criminal activities' Pls whoever has the authority to terminate the illegal activities of this Boys should please do so without delay!
