if she has children for him she don't need to remarry
if he loves her dearly he don't need to remarry
staying in that house to take good care of the children is the better way of showing that he/she really loves the deceased
to remarry cannot solve any problem rather it will create more problem to them that does not understand.

just spot on sis!!!      although others 'll still have a different view which is what makes us human.
but me think that channeling ones luv towards the kids the spouse left behind is the best. cos u may decide to bring in a new partner who might in turn scatter ur family or try to turn u against ur own kids.
these re things we ve seen on a number of occasions. it's really happening everywhere.
