To me, let us ask the woman does she take permission frm her husband b|4 going there? sure she doesn`t, now this is
the reward for her & those married women who take action without knowledge of thier husbands, it is a big lesson. To
alfa same on you,you are the black sheep in Islam. bye.
A housewife, Mrs. Olajide Oseni, made a shocking revelation at Alimosho Grade ‘B’ Customary Court on how an Islamic cleric, Alfa Dada Oseni impregnated her when she went to him for prayers. She claimed that she had gone to Alfa to help her because she could not get pregnant for her husband, Akeem.
The 35-year old woman, while testifying before the court presided over by Mr. Eko, said she had been married to Akeem for seven years without a child. With the husband’s consent, she went to the Alfa for prayers only to discover she was living with him and he had impregnated her.
The embittered woman told the court that she now had an 11-month old daughter for the Alfa and prayed the court to dissolve the relationship, so that she can return to her husband.
According to her, she never wanted to live with the Alfa as his wife, adding that she suspected that he, Alfa, hypnotised her to stay with him. She also claimed that her life will be in danger if the court failed to dissolve the relationship.
The respondent, who lives in Papa Major area of Ijegun, Lagos failed to show up after repeated notice to appear before the court.
The court in its ruling observed that the respondent failed to show up in court because he knew what he had done. After considering the plaintiff’s irrevocable decision for their relationship to be dissolved, the court granted the petitioner’s prayers.
The court also ordered the parties to maintain the peace while the issue of custody of the child was referred to the children’s court.
The woman told P.M.NEWS after the court judgement that with the dissolution of the relationship, which she believed was not with her consent, the coast is now clear to reconcile with her husband.
