neither GOD nor government responsible for mortality rate of children in Nigeria,it was due to careless and ignorance of the average Nigerian parent .let take for instance ask average Nigerian why they are having children they don't know.they are having because XYZ is having.some that cannot feed a child are having 5or7.because they belief is GOD that is taking care of children but they don't know if so GOD will not allow any child to pass through any parent.a woman that is pregnant is a fragile object they don't have to do any hard job but in Nigeria you will see them running up and down.after delivering they wont be able to take care of the baby because the house is filled already.i would advise before having children (1)know reason why you want to have children, know how many you can capable of training. 2)plan for children before bringing them to this world, stop raising accidental children.raised the number you can trained properly by then we will be able to eradicate poverty, there is no measure government can put in place that can stop property.unless we have people that are well brought up people that know their right and can ask for it in proper way not violently raising of the number of children you cant train is the basis Africa problem .
