Boko Haram Attacks Chad for the FIrst Time. Causes Lots of Mayhem

Boko Haram members have launched their first attack in Chad, killing a Chief and at least 8 civilians. The sect members came through Ngugua village. The Chadian military is currently engaging them in a gun battle.
