WHICH WAY NIGERIA: Recovery of Loated funds, or China 10 billion loan?

News: "CHINA TO DISBURSE 100 BILLION DOLLARS AS LOAN TO AFRICAN COUNTRIES. NIGERIA AT THE TOP OF THE LIST OF BENEFICIARIES TO THE SAID LOAN WITH ATLEAST 10 BILLION DOLLARS. INCIDENTALLY OR COINCIDENTALLY, THE WORLD BANK HAS JUST RELEASED THE LIST OF SOME OF NIGERIA BIGGEST LOATERS". Fellow Nigerian, in the light of the fact that China is to be given right of several years of Nigerian oil exploition to recover their money, shall we fold our hands and keep quiet while Yar adoua and his fellow power monoplists go for this loan, which we are quit certain that he will divert to his personal foreign bank account just like his predecessors, Babangida, Abacha, etc...? What is your opinion? Should Nigeria seek to recover these loated funds, or shall we go for the 10 billion loan from China?  SAMIGOLD.
