As far as some intelligent people are concerned, including the english government this is still a rumour.  Unlike most nigerian the english people don't prosecute on rumour but facts.  The question is how is their accuser going to proof they are not husband and wife, can he or she come to the court of law to bear witness, will he or she be able to present documentary evidence?

Without this as far as the Home Office is concerned they are husband and wife.  If this cannot be substantiated, the accussed can press for character defamation.  Remember even if they are father and daughter and decide to be husband and wife, no law can punish them for that.  This is why it is important that people should respect confidential matter they know about people.  There are other ways to revenge if people have offended you.  I will really be interested in the outcome of the case.

that is rideculous, some people can go extra miles to get material things
if he could "marry" his daughter, it means he can or could have commited

Tamtambaby,u can do it if the opportunity knocks on ur door,if u r told abt d plan behind such a marraige u will do it.This marraige is not real,u guys cant get it,its just a truce marraige in order for the lady to get to d Uk.Oyinbo pple do more embarrassing things  than dat if u get to know dem well.Its no big deal,what we need to address here is>our govt,shld try all their possible best to better the lives of the citizens.This will discourage pple, especially our youths from seeking greener pastures overseas.Otherwise pple will continue to seek all avenues to get out of the country,PERIOD.
