Students who want to stay at Greystar Real Estate Partners’ luxury accommodation in London will have to shell out as much as £474 (162000) in weekly rent.
This will mean a whooping N568,000 in monthly rent and a total of N6.8 million a year.
Greystar bought the 2,375 beds in King’s Cross, Spitalfields and Notting Hill areas of London from Nido London.
The founder and chief executive of Greystar, Bob Faith, said the assets will provide students "the absolute finest level of accommodation to live, study and socialize."
Some of the properties have gyms, cinema, karaoke rooms and bars.
