Our beloved nation had suffered many mysteries from monsters we call leaders whose end is destruction, whose god is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame--who set their mind on earthly things Php 3:19) but God shall laugh at them in his own displeasure. surely He will salvage this nation from their hands.
No one in his right sense would want to run from home if his aspirations are met at home. Even multinational companies are leaving the shores of Nigeria to other countries like Ghana because of bad economy and social amenities. They prefer to produce where these amenities are available and ship to Nigeria to sell because we will always buy so they will maximize profit instead of producing at higher cost here. These are multinational companies that make profit of billions of Naira yearly and yet some one is talking of an individual who is incapacitated financially in meeting his aspirations seeking to leave for good being blamed for that. A selected few makes it in Nigeria; the POLITICAL CLASS AND FAMILY, OPPORTUNED ONES WORKING IN GOOD ESTABLISHMENTS, but is it supposed to be so? The economy of this nation is very harsh to survive in. For instance out of struggle someone managed to established a small computer business centre. Because he needs constant power he spents N5,000 for fueling alone for every 3 days which is about N50,000 monthly. Besides staff payment, various government levies, shop payment of about N10,000 monthly, cost of consumables, repairs and maintenance of systems. All this are besides his immediate family expenses, yet his total gross monthly income is put at N100,000 - N150,000 because such business are everywhere and on the increase daily. That seems to be one of the easiest business to establish. What is his chance of survival and been able to meet up with the rising economic demand? Though some one will say half bread is better than none; but having a better option is better than this. With steady power supply, this man can channel the N50,000 he used for fueling into savings or some other things. Many Micro businesses are folding up daily just as they are opening daily majorly because of epileptic power supply. In abroad, there is what is called APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM where one is been trained for a job and been paid by the same company. where is such in Nigeria except for this new development (NETS National Employment Training Scheme just commencing on www.netsnigeria.org)and yet one say having the opportunity to go abroad is not worth it. May be they are the fortunate ones or they belong to the political class family that have all things going rosy for them. Some goes illegally, some involved themselves in one evil or the other over there and some are accompanied by evil spirit from home, all this could result in one misfortune or the other for them over there and not that their economy is not good for survival in contrast to the one we have in Nigeria. What we are saying is the enabling economy that can promote the chance of survival. Thanks

My broda u too correct..i left naija 2 yrs ago without a bicycle but now am going to drive my AUDI TT by january....our govt is bad..so bad bad bad bad that i feel sad everytime i remember home..my next move now is getting my other siblings outta there sharp sharp cos life in abroad is a great expirence..I still believe 9ger will be better but we need to take out the bad eggs(OLD LEADERS,CORRUPT LEADERS E.T.C)make i know mention names sha....1 luv brova..

My brother, leave those who say it does not worth it. some are victim of misfortune while some are sceptist and had resigned to fate. If i had a legal means I'll Zap off. The leadership is our problem in Nigeria creed creed creed creed. always amancing and never getting satisfied. oppressing the poor to increase their own riches. God will bring all of them to Judgement when He desires it.
