Quote The Federal Government should be sincere and fulfill it obligatory promises in the Niger-delta for one Nigeria to continue to exist. Sorry- what is it you are expecting to happen- the Niger-Delta region to break away, taking all its oil wealth with it, while the other, Oil-less states stand aside and look? That can never happen! Quote If not Nigeria may break up before the year 2017. THINK ABOUT THIS. United States case study on Nigeria events predicted this break up already. The results of "United States Case Studies" depends upon who pays for the studies. The CIA works to destroy nations which they cannot control, screws up, and creates a "New Terrorist Group," that is "fighting US Interests," which they will levy their Congress for more money to "combat." The Central Idiocy Agency has been doing this since five minutes after it was created.

Quote from: jojo8 on 13-12-2009 01:04 PM Breaking into the smallest particles predicted by the Us is not the best solution to move the country forward. We all need a change of mind.INDIRECTLY, we have already broken into more than thirty countries with the system of states administration where the Governors, the local chairmen and the stateS lawmakers are all indigents of their states origin .It is not an Ibo man that is in the head of affairs in Edo state neither a yoruba man in Kaduna? vice-versa.The politicians at the states and local level are the controllers of the engines of development in their state. The ethnic politics should not be allowed to divide us.I am from an ethnic minority who do not care about where the Head of state comes from.It is not the Head of state to tell a Governor to provide the basic necessities for the people of the state. The state affairs is in the hands of the state politicians. nice comment

Well, if I may say here, we should always learn to face the facts and realities of life. Nigeria as being seen right from the year of amalgamation has never been in existence for the sincere fact that we can never co-exist.We were forcefully brought together in the first place because of the selfish ends and devilish motives of some set of people who thought they could have all to themselves spearheaded by our God-unfearing British colonial masters. Its just like making a dog the lion's secretary, or bringing the cat and the rat under the same roof. The American prediction is not just a prediction but a prophetic prediction to come true.I even expect it before 2017.It is pertinent that we break up.But we have just been deceiving ourselves trying to postpone an imminent evil day.Face facts; Nigeria exits only on paper.Thats all Reply

Who-ever want a Nigeria that is serving the whims and caprices of the the west and their few local dummies as our leaders to stay after all. This is the sorry pass to which they have pushed us. I suspect US interest in Nigeria is not less than that of Iraq or Afghanistan. Or why would anybody think it is much easier for them to brand Nigeria a terrorist Nation. To precipitate a war on Nigeria in the name of fighting terrorism. To hell with their doomsday prediction. We are prepared for the worse Reply

What good is it having a broken up Nigeria? It is just like having salt being poured into a deep injury. By the way, if Somalia never break, why we go break? Let's think of ways to make things better!!!!!!!! There is great strength in UNITY. Reply

The prediction is good to me. Nigeria is a country with about 250 languages how do you expect us to grow. There is no uniformity in our languages. Our story can be related that in the Bible when the people wanted to build a tower to the heavens but God diversed a means of different languages. ReplyNigeria is too big but if we can break off to different regions where same languages are spoken, culture, traditions and norms, it will bring about less killings, corruption, bribery and economy issues. We do not know the good in this until when it will happens, every region will have to build on it strengths of human resources and strategize on how their economy will grow, than to focus on crude oil. The earlier we realize this and start to plan the better for us. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Quote from: Mekoyor on 20-12-2009 01:29 PM If Nigeria should splite, the northern part will suffer becos 80% of Nigeria's wealth is from oil production, and this is from the south(niger-delta)..So fellow nigerian, you see dat if things r not done the rite way, militancy wil rise again. And this time war,war..... have you ever heard of renewable and non renewable enrgy or resources?i guess not. Oil or no oil Nigeria will survive if Nigeria breaks up everyone will suffer, whether north or south of Nigeria(it wont even break) most are talking of breaking up, because they have'nt taken their time to learn of the pains and distruction that happen. ask yourself , why is it that most elderly people that witness such in the psat are not in a hurry to pass comments?

The people say a blind man who lead a blind man both of them will fall into a pit, Nigeria is a boat driven with no pilot, or rather a dead elephant where everybody come cut meat and go, for now the name is not carring a good immage anywhere and our leaders dont know how to turn it round than to fill their pockets, maybe if we divide things can be more better, there will be competition amoung the regions in terms of development and focus.
