let me ask a question here, why a spcial adviser?

every president surpose to know how Nigeria is and what the citizens need.

for me this so called adviser are not neccesery.

we all know that people must not go hungry
                                                 good health
                                                 education
                                                 good roads
                                                 electricity
                                                 obey the law
                                                 be dicipline
                                                 no bribe
                                                 drinking water
                                                 you name it.
