My attention was just drawn to an instagram page opened yesterday by an Atlanta based lady, who is accusing popular Nigerian singer Timaya of rape. The anonymous lady shared chats between herself and a person she claims is Timaya, she also shared voice recordings from their phone conversations.
The Heading of the chat reads: HOPELESS VICTIM THE TIMAYA U LOVE IS A MONSTER!! THIS IS MA STORY MY RECORDINGS R TRUE YOU CANNOT DO THIS TO ME AND EXPECT ME 2 KEEP SILENT! I CANNOT BE SILENCED
The last thing I want to do is ruin a career but if a lady cries rape, the media has a duty to at least hear her out but bear in mind that these are all allegations. Before posting the voice recordings, I played it to a few entertainers who confirmed that it's truly Timaya's voice, but at no point did he directly admit to rape...though he was begging the lady for forgiveness. We are waiting for Timaya's version of the story...

Listen Timaya, even if the girl do not go on with the rape case , she can go for threat and you will see yourself behind bars. By telling her that you promise yourself that you will kill anyone that want to kill your career. Is 100% threat. Do not travel to US to avoid had I know later.

How come she is thinking of her suppose rapist two children instead of herself, if it was true I'm sure she would call the police and get a doctors report. But maybe all this happened in her dreams about Timaya.
