Good idea Mr. Gov. If you ask me, I'll say it will be better and safer to provide free tuition, free books good desks, learning aids and drinkable water while the children eat from their homes, unless they are in boarding schools. This is because one cannot trust the hygienic nature of communal cooking. Stopping PTA levies is also a good one. What is saved from there will help parents provide meals for their children and wards.

Good move! Somebody has to take the bold step in making our kids feel some love. Through good education, the kids would learn to make better decision for their future, rather than the stigma associated with old way of learning to hate. In high school, I had an economic teacher who was from north, he did not see himself as a militant against the rest of the country because he was educated. So education will go a long way in correcting a lot of misconceptions about northers.
