I could be she had an affair with slippers. Probably she was hiding somebody's slipper inside, but as she took breath, the slipper began to travel till she could not get it out again. But on getting to church, she confessed her sins, and God told her to return the stolen slipper and helped her to force it out. Then again, all these fake pastors with their evil machinations could have planted it between her legs ( jut the same way they have all the decoys who fall down when pastor blows air across or wave handkerchief at them) to arouse amazing fake miracles.
