October is going to be a busy month for our cinemas, as
various highly anticipated Nollywood movies are going to be hitting the cinemas. from the trailers, plot, and the cast. Here are our top Nollywood Movies hitting the Cinemas in October 2015.

1. The Visit: The Visit is directed by Funke Fayoyin and
produced by Biodun Stephen. Starring Nse Ike-Etim,
Bayray Mcnwizu, Femi Jacobs and Blossom Chukwujekwu. The movie has been set to premiere on
October 16.

The movie which is being presented by Koga Studios, is a
historic movie, and also the first four-man cast movie in
Nigeria. According to a representative of the studio, Robert Jeyibo, the movie will bring in change in the Nigerian film industry; “One thing that is clear is that the movie, The Visit will open a new chapter in Nollywood,” he said

2. Gbomo Gbomo Express: Gbomo Gbomo Express directed by Walter Taylaur, tells the story of Austin Mba (Ramsey Nouah) a record label executive, and Cassandra (Osas Ighodaro), a beautiful socialite, who are kidnapped by a trio of small time hustlers. The film uses gritty and dark comedy to address the issues of money, love and deception.
 The film also stars Blossom Chukwujekwu, Osas
 Ighodaro, Gideon Okeke, Kiki Omeili, Gbenro Ajibade,
 Alexx Ekubo and Ikechukwu (the rapper). Gbomo Gbomo
 Express hits cinemas in October.

3. The First Lady: The First Lady directed by Nollywood
actress Omoni Oboli, The First Lady is a comedy film that
tells the story of a prostitute Michelle, that is stuck in a world she couldn’t escape from. Sher hopes that one day a Prince Charming would rescue her from it all.
The First Lady starring Omoni Oboli, Chinedu Ikedieze,
Joseph Benjamin, Alexx Ekubo, Yvonne Jegede, Udoka
Oyeka and Tony Monjaro. ‘The First Lady’ hits cinemas in
Nigeria on October 1, 2015.



4. Basira in London: Basira in London is a comedy movie
starring Starring Eniola Badmus, Theodora Ibekwe-
Oyebade, Tolu Yesufu and Introducing Philippa Chiedu
Abraham. It tells the story of about an African woman who relocates to London. Her attempts in trying to find a job an legalize her stay leads to hilarious consequences. Basira in London will start showing in cinemas in october.
