@powerfulify: "if I may ask, who are the efcc, the angels or what?" I hope u are not suggesting that after announcing the amount of money they recovered then they will pocket it. Please note, each time u hear or read about the money recovered, it is already deposited and taken note of my the government; at that time it's no more controlled by the agency - EFCC. What u eventually read is the result of their action as permitted  by the rulling govt.
