My own is that will this money get to the jobless youth?
I think the money should be converted to Loans with no interest for the youth to create job for themselves because we have so many youths with creative ideas but lack fund to execute them
THIS WILL DO MORE BETTER THAN 5K BECAUSE THE 5K WILL NOT BE DISBURSE APPROPRIATELY
