Desmond Elliot is leading the charge as one of the veteran actors who is carving his part as a legislator. Speaking with the NET at a recent event, Desmond disclosed that he will probably not be acting or releasing new movies for quite a while as his focus now is completely on his work as a law maker:
“There is nothing acting in all I do now. It’s the job as a legislator and doing work to ensure that there is a better structure in the industry.”
When asked how he intends to use his position to impact Nollywood, Desmond simply replied with “Just wait and see.”
