You can still Bosom feed with implants, well thats if nothing went wrong during the surgery, the only problem the brochure i read stated was if Bosom feeding with implants is safe for the baby.
Yea true cause wat if d implants were 2 burst?

The question must be posted to the ones, who did undergo such operation and their doctors. If not cause of cancer or any other very serious reason, i would advice to avoid doing it. Specially for young women it s not the best. Not only that every operation is a risk for the health. It would be also a pitty, if cause of such operation ur baby would not get his mother milk. I was even watching a programme 2day on some women who get Bosom implants all because there men request 4 it and one woman felt dat she needed dem 2 make her happy because of her terrible past. . .she said she wanted 2 be "remembered" she kept getting Bosom implants because pple said she should her "fans" apparently ohh how dreadful it was d woman is not even happy she just thinks she is u can never be happy without good health or just by living 2 satisfy others.....and they showed d surgery eurgh so horrific they took of her whole nipple and were enlarging d implants she had already by putting some somefin somefing(can't remember d name) jeeez! well it's her lyfe u see implants look nice sometimes & add 2 a womans sex appeal if it done right but when it's been over done it starts 2 loose shape and make d woman look like she has a disorder or somefin she wasn't even walking properly.......it looked like a pregannt woman walking. . .  u shouldn't really try 2 change urself but i guess if ur losing ur lacking confidence and dat's seems d only way 4 u getting it then.....anywayz make God help us sha.
