Well... i think any lady who wants to do boobs job shld wait after having kids b4 she does For the ones who have already, dont know if it has any effect on Bosom feeding babies

Ok i have come bck betterly informed glands form in d Bosom 2 form milk but after surgery some of these glands get damaged so there is not much milk produced.......well all she can do is give d baby powdered milk but d really soft one doe aight peace.

You can still Bosom feed with implants, well thats if nothing went wrong during the surgery, the only problem the brochure i read stated was if Bosom feeding with implants is safe for the baby.

i dont blv in Bosom implants but if a woman wants to have silicone implants, and she hasnt had any kids, it can be implanted behind the muscle which helps support the Bosom instead of within the Bosom tissue itself, it that way Bosom feeding isnt affected but the risk comes in if for instance there is a tear in the implant then the Bosom milk will be affected....its really stressful having implants and Bosom feeding cuz the woman would have to be on constant alerts against mishaps..... the best thing is for her to stay clear of implants but in answer to the guys q......yes she can Bosom feed with implants
