M hot temper so it cos problem for me sometimes...but i try handle it with understanding...my problem is i hol a lot before the anger come out so that time m like an animal:-(seriously no much ppl fit accept my caracter...

hmmm, my anger can bring down a whole nation if care is not taking.. so i avoid getting upset quickly. but the worst part of it, is little things u dont expect get me pissed, and when u least know dat.
My kind is bad, really bad.. but i control things always. becos a dirtykid is a happy Kid

How do you handle anger? Has it ever caused a problem in your life?
when i am upset i just go to the bathroom or my room close the door..put on my ipod and write a sign note on the door,,thou shall not come in ..who dare will recieve what he/she want.
