matriculation and Induction Programme for 1,984
postgraduate students of the Institution.
The Vice-Chancellor who was represented by the Deputy

problems but also to groom individuals to impact society
with what they have learnt.
The Vice-Chancellor further stated that postgraduate
programme curricula in FUTA are not only designed to
empower the applicants to be well sought out employees
but for them to be job creators as well. He also added that
the University will continue to review its curricula in order
to infuse the best into its students, so that they can easily fit
into the needs, demands and expectations of the larger
society to solve technologies, economics, industrial and
social challenges.
While commending the students for excelling in the
intensive and competitive selection process, Daramola said

has continued to be a major attraction and we are
constrained to regulate our admissions so that we can
sustain the high academic standard we are known for”.
