Did he steal any money? That should be the question. If there is prove he stole money while in office, he should return it if not just live him alone. am sure its the rats around him that we doing the eating for him cos he has no teeth.
But if he found to be corrupt, he should be invited and probed to serve as deterrent to upcoming leaders that its no longer business as usual
