10th Combined Convocation Ceremonies – Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka Anambra State
I am directed to inform all graduates of the 2013/2014 Degree Programme of the College (in affiliation to Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka) that the 10th combined convocation ceremonies of the University, for the award of degrees and presentation of prizes takes place from Monday, 14th – Friday 18th March, 2016.
(3) Convocation Fees:
(a) Amount= N8,000.00
(b) Mode of payment: pay to the College through the Remita platform – see Bursary Department, FCE(T), Umunze
(c) Convocation gowns are to be collected from stores Unit of the College on Presentation of receipts for N8,000.00
(4) All Graduands are expected to dress in full appropriate wear (i.e. suit, shirt and tie for men and Skirt suit/skirt and blouse or gown for Ladies) or full national dress.
(5) All hired academic outfits/gowns should be returned by the Graduands to their respective collection points not later than Wednesday, March 23, 2016. Gowns returned after that date will attract penalty.
(6) All graduands are to assemble at the School of Postgraduate Studies,Unizik (Opposite the Convocation Arena) by 9:00 am for the commencement of Procession.
(7) It is compulsory for all Graduands to participate in the Academic procession and to put on the approved academic regalia.

Security Notice:(a) Luggages and bags will not be allowed into Convocation Arena
(b) Parking lots are designated and can only be used on presentation of parking card and invitation card.
(c) University Security Personnel and other Security Agencies will direct all vehicles to the designated parking lots.
(d) No form of hawking of any item will be allowed near the Convocation Arena.
