This is ABSOLUTELY NONSENSE. This does not fight corruption rather it is corruption itself. That money is enough for good infrastructure project. he could have also use the money a good information Technology like data base to fight corruption of ghost workers in the state.
People should used their brain well and think of the right thing to do rather that talking Nonsense.

I think this may be a joke but if it's not then something is wrong somewhere. It is very unwise and unreasonable for one to think driving a round  in transparent cars would stop or even check corruption. In what way would this work please?
