Underage sex, that's the world we live in today -- disadvantages of technology. I don't think it could be tackled easily, already children of nowadays think fast and grab so easily and they like experimenting. Parent has alot of job to do, but can it be left to them all alone. The child/parent spends the nights together, what about during the day. Its a menace already cuz in primary schools, been having reports of the pupils having it in toilets.

To sum it up seems the world is truly coming to an end!

You are right but unfortunately the law does not believe ignorance to be an excuse. Underage girls acts differently from older women so men should know better.
