Am a manager of an organization which is ethical. A young female staff started by admiring my dress sense then she has called to tell me she dreams almost every night that am making love to her. I cautioned her that it cant work out................ now she calls almost every night. I wont want her to loose her job but honestly no deal......  When I look at her i wonder she might be 24, am 38 and married and she knows, men someone talk to me

Hmmm, seems she doesnt like her job or maybe thinks by seducing you,her job is secured.
well,the ethics of the  workplace must be upheld....Give her serious warning atleast 2/3 times if no changes,kick her ass out.
