NYSC: Getting Accommodation Where You Have Been Posted!

I was going to work sometime in February this year when this guy walks up to me to request for my help. I asked him what I could do for him and he says he is a corp member and that he is looking for a self contain apartment in my area. I really could not offer much help then but I offered him my contact to call me back while I see what I can do.

As a corp member, we realize that you probably don't know anyone where you have been posted and if you do, its just a handful. So we provided leading rents for you to come, create an account and drop a request for the type of apartment you would like, your budget and the neighborhood you would prefer for free. You can do this while you are resting back home before coming back to where you have been posted.
After dropping a request, you are to check your account and see if an agent has made contact or shown interest in helping you. The agent can also call you. With this you know that you wont be totally stranded when you are going back.

STILL GOOD, BUT WOMEN SHOULD BE CAREFUL WITH THIS ARRANGEMENT COS THEY ARE ALWAYS THE VULNERABLE.

Onyeka, ofcourse care has to be put into whatever one decides to do. we encourage everyone ladies inclusive to only make payments after they have seen the house they wanted when they arrive their place of assignment  and have signed a legal tenancy agreement as drawn up by a lawyer. Leading rents has terms and conditions which everyone is obliged to go through. We are just reducing the hassle in house renting by linking you up easily. Its not compulsory to work with the agent that contacts you. Its all at your disposal. You can choose someone else to walk with.
