Required Experience/Skills:​

-  Basic IT Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-  Good Communication Skills
-  Good attention to detail and accuracy with input
-  Works well under pressure and to deadlines
-  Good Planning & Organisation skills
-  Good Team worker
-  Is self-motivated; able to work on own initiative & with minimal supervision
-  Has a good understanding of social media
-  Is able to think outside of the box
-  Is up to date with the fashion and beauty industry
-  Adaptability, flexibility and professionalism
-  Scheduling and organizing meetings, trainings, seminars
-  Dairy management
-  Processing business expenses and invoices (Also some personal expenses and invoices)
-  Preparation of various documents including presentations and meeting agendas
-  Researching news, articles, reports and company information
-  Liaising with third party service providers
