
A Nigerian Colonel has set broken a 38 year record for the best performance by a foreign student at the U.S. War College (USAWC), Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Colonel Charles Nengite received the Distinguished Graduate award as well as the Commandant’s award for distinction in research as he completed his postgraduate program. He was the best graduating student in his class of 380 students as he was also recognized 2nd best speaker award in the speaking competition.
Another Nigerian, Col. Timothy Shipi was also said to have performed excellently in his Masters of Strategic Studies class.
