This is supposedly one of the wards at Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) Lagos. In the absence of power, the nurse is substituting with rechargeable lantern. Has it gone this bad?

Babatunde Fashola. Any seriuos government  can fix the issue of electrcity in 6 months. Now he is the power minister 1year gone all he could do is to increase the electricty tarrif yet 0 light. Shame!
