Jonathan's Campaign Chairman, Femi Fani Kayode FFK Finally Released From EFCC Jail - Photo

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC yesterday finally released the former spokesperson of ex- President Goodluck Jonathan, Chief Femi Fani- Kayode. Fani-Kayode who has been in detention since May 9, 2016, regained freedom yesterday, Friday, July 15, 2016, after he met his bail conditions.

Fani took to twitter to post the photo above saying; Back with my boy.....thanks be to God.

In another tweet, he wrote; Free last: thanks be to God. 67 days in detention but still standing strong. The struggle continues. Thanks for the prayers and support.

He also released a short statement, shortly after he was freed. Find it below...

“I give thanks to God that I am free after 67 days in detention. I thank my wife, lawyers, children and friends for all their support. This was the worst experience of my life but God was with me all the way.

“I suffered immeasurably but I count it all as joy. I am innocent of all charges and I look forward to defending myself vigorously in court.

“These charges are politically motivated and I have been severely punished for my political views and criticisms of the government. They are trying to silence me, break me, discredit me and destroy, but as long as Jesus is on the throne this will never work. I am strong and I am bold and the struggle will continue.”

FFK is a great man, Buhari just want what happened in Turky to repeat itself here in Nigeria. Instead of facing governance that is engolfing him, he was busy winchhunting President Goodluck & his men.

My friend, sorry to burst your BUBBLE, but the case is still very much on, he was only granted bail... Now back to the matter.. Everyday, we come on here and hear of cases as simple as people stealing recharge card, goats, monies not amounting to millions or billions, many have been lynched and many rotting in JAIL for petty crimes, we all say ''good they were caught'', some of us even wish them life in prison, others wish they were killed during the lynching by the jungles JURIES and JUDGES, we're happy to see the poor thieves go down. But then we lose our sense of reasoning when these people who have stolen our future and the future of our unborn kids for the past 16 years, they have the best of houses, best of cars, billions of dollars in their bank accounts, they're so rich that they don't even know the meaning of the word POOR. To them you're tools, to you they're HEROES, but that man who stole 1,000 Naira and got killed by the JUNGLE JURIES is an ENEMY OF THE STATE...
