For the Nigerian Dream Team, it seems they are still dreaming.. After arriving late at Manaus, Brazil due to flight delay, Samson Siasia’s side managed a 5-4 win over Japan on Friday. Now the team are victorious again after a 1-0 win against Sweden on Sunday -all thanks to Sadiq Umar who scored a wonderful header to qualify the team for the quarter-finals.
Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung who was present in Brazil to support the team and coach Siasia celebrated the emphatic win... Both were seen hugging themselves in the dressing room after the match and also hailing the players.
Former Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh was also spotted greeting the Sports minister and other officials during half-time break...
I have been reporting for several years now and I am very interested in visual news reportage with strong inclusion of photos and video multimedia.
