I just wish Nigerian Road Service Commission, VIO, LASTMA, and the police will not take advantage of the device? Because that is their modos of operandi.

Road safety should go and sit down, they are always looking for means to extort people, surely this means more egunje for them. The driving licence that I paid for couple of months back that is yet to be out from Abuja does not matter to you now but how to raise more chopis for yourselves.
