Anambra State Police Command has declared wanted, Chief Emmanuel Nwude, (Owelle Abagana) over involvement in a case of conspiracy, malicious damage, murder, act of terrorism and attack on policemen. Chief Nwude, from Umudunu, Abagana is a convicted Advance-Fee fraudster. He and his accomplices were in 2005 convicted by a federal high court for pulling the biggest 419 fraud in history. Before his conviction, Nwude was the biggest shareholder in Union Bank Plc, and had controlling shares in several banks and blue chip companies. In a plea-bargain handled by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Chief Nwude agreed to forfeit cash and property to the tune of 120 million US dollars. The agency seized several of his properties, including the popular Febson Mall, Abuja, a glass tower in Ikoyi and choices cars. If men like this brat could let walk free the streets of Nigeria in this lifetime then I'm disappointed in Nigeria seriousness of fighting cyber crime .This guy who wrecked a life ,His victim Sakaguchi a former director at Banco de Brazil is currently serving jail term for fallen for this cheap scam .And the culprit escaped justice in his homeland .Nigeria government should wipe this shame off its war against crime by revisiting this case .I don't think this guy deserved to see day light in his lifetime ,considering the gravity and grave pain caused the collapsed bank customer of Banco .

This animal should be lavishing in jail by now .The system that free a criminal like him is fraudulent .To redeem Nigeria image ,a guy of this nature should be ravaging in longtime incarceration.And just imagine him fighting over a piece of land acquired with fraudulent money ,killing over a few millions land property but forget if he was to be judged accordingly to the gravity of his scamming crime ,he should be sentenced to death by hanging . A disgrace to national image
