A little boy who was kidnapped Okpanam, Delta State, came bearing a thank you card today to thank the Delta state Commissioner of Police, Zanna Ibrahim and his men for their effort at rescuing him from Port-Harcourt, Rivers state. The boy was stolen while playing in his family compound at Okpanam, some months ago by a gang that includes women.
