Some fringe elements may choose not to recognize him, but he is constitutionally within his rights and position to fire whomever he wants and keep whom he wants in his cabinet. Jonathan does not have the right to fire whomever he want, He only has the right which is invested in him by the constitution to fire who is proved and found wanting in their duties not at his discretion. The ministers have the right to appeal and be heard. As per your understanding and statements, I hereby state that Acting President Jonathan has found these ministers wanting in their duties. He has now fired them. They are not in court. After they lose, I want them to pay the court costs for the country of Nigeria. These appointments are privileges. The President or Acting President can remove you at any time and reshuffle his cabinet without explanations. God bless Nigeria.
