The Director-General, Bureau of Public Service Reforms, the presidency, in Nigeria, Dr Joe Abah, revealed that he proposed to his wife 4 hours after their first meeting and she said  he must be mad!

The public figure said this in a series of tweets while celebrating his wife, Kemi Abah’s 50th birthday. Here’s what he wrote;

My dear Mr Joe,that was a big risk that u took.Thank God the lady later turned out to be that perfect for u as u supposed her to be within the first four hours of your meeting.Try such these days; the devil will come up trumps in ur house in form of your wife.Girls these days,not all of them though, are not always who they appear to be at first sight.Too hopeless of them...pretentiously hopeless!
