We only have the information that she is married.  We have no idea whether the man broke her virginity or not.  She complains that he is small, does not give her sex, he runs after young girls, etc.

Chris, the  stories  may be confusing granted, but it is two different stories.  The first story was involving the woman whose husband's penis was very small to satisfy her so she went to court asking for a divorce because she does not want to commit adultery.  She also complained that her husband does not fulfill his husbandly duties, but chases young kids around and has sex with them.

The second story was another woman with two children that is seeking divorce from her husband because he beats her with horsewhips (koboko).  This woman has two children with this wife abuser and she wants custody of the children.

These are two different wives, two different husbands, two different stories.  The poster may have done better by separating the stories and putting them into different topics.
