Nigerians have come for the head of Buhari's aide on social media for calling Buhari, 'President Of Africa'. Nigerians have come for President Muhammadu Buhari's personal assistant on social media, Lauretta Onochie after a 'polite goofing'. Onochie had taken to Twitter to call Buhari "President of Africa". She wrote:

"Our President, The President of Africa, Muhammadu Buhari, Returns home after a Triumphant Outing At the #UNGA2017."

 
However, social media users blasted her for calling Buhari the 'President of Africa' which many believe should not have been used for the President as there is no position like that in Africa.
"Wow! Never knew Africa now got a President." a Twitter user wrote.
 
Another added:

"President of Africa? Political appointment is a disease." However, some people defended her. Another user wrote: "He was addressed as the president of Africa at the UN. gathering."
