Yesterday, a record was broken, when the first ever successful kidney transplant in the South Eastern part of Nigeria took place at Federal Medical Center Umuahia.
Here’s what an excited Facebook user whose brother-in-law was part of the doctors wrote;
Quote
While we were talking about Jerusalem and Commissioner for Happiness,the first ever kidney transplantation in Southeast Nigeria was going on at FMC UMUAHIA Abia State.
Alas, the urine has flown, after 3 years of complete cessation. THIS IS HISTORY. I am really excited and proud my brother-in-law was part of it. Dr Chime Ichi kwala ochi taa?
I have been reporting on latest news from Nigeria for almost 10 years now. I report on every possible news area I come across, but always ensure my reports are compiled with dignity and fact to uphold my personal values and duty as a journalist

This is the kind of issues youth should add to their culture, one of the cultural components of the Europeans, is that they include hard work and technology into their cultural identity, they paid for consistency and hard work to get to where they are today, and the Asians are ever hardworking, that they are so fast in growth.

This is what we should be hearing instead of biafra nonsence.congratulation.
This is why Nigeria is afraid of losing Biafra,they know what that region could become in ten years,a haven!!. For those saying that it is a federal hospital,did you hear the names of the doctors?,why them no dey succeed for kano or sokoto,abi federal hospitals no dey there?
What is the color beneath your skin?
