A formerly plus-size lady has encouraged women to work on their bodies and get fit rather than allow people to discriminate against them on the basis of their body mass.
 
She has engaged in regular body exercise to put her body in the best shape possible.
 
Her story has gone viral with a before and current photo shared to inspire females struggling with their body size.
