That's why I requested for the section of the constitution that states it so we can know the detail and terms of it to clarify all this opinions and counter opinions. Besides, something as weighty as this is been overlooked ever since by the government and you government is meeting up with the terms of the constitution and the other party failed yet you overlooked it. I am not in doubt if it is enshrined in the constitution, but who is to blame for not following up with it. The public or the government, and why now. Let's be factual. I smelt a rat somewhere. You can do us good by showing us since you know the section that states it. It's no harm. We as well wants to know.
