WEL, TO ME THERE ARE MANY REASON'S FOR THAT.

1. MONEY: MANY, WANTS TO GET MARRIED BUT NO FINANCE
2. TRUST: NO TRUST, FOR EXAMPLE, A MAN MARRIES AND HIS WIFEY CANNOT GIVE HIM A CHILD DUE TO RECENT ABORTIONS THE MEN DOESN'T WANT TO HEAR STORY
3. FLIRTING: SOME DOESN'T WANT TO GET MARRIED BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO STAY WITH ONE PERSON ALONE.
