Fidelity Bank Branch Manager Orders Security To Beat Up Customers For Complaining (Video)

Many customers of the Fidelity Bank at Kola bus stop, Lagos, were shocked, yesterday after the branch manager ordered the security guards to beat up two aggrieved customers for daring to complain about the poor service rendered to them. According to one Olumide, who witnessed the incident, the customers were at the bank to lodge a complaint after the bank’s ATM failed to dispense cash to them and they were debited. He alleged that in the course of their rant, they insulted the bank over the manner in which the issue was being handled. The insult was said to have angered the manager who ordered their beating within the bank premises.

The branch manager need to be sack immediately effect and she is a bad influence for the logo of fidelity bank and for the polices the attitude is bad to customer, the police need to be policy  for this attitude toward to customer  because police is not for only security but to elite some people when there issue like this, i am from police family, police today is when train and they spend more year in training because of knowledge,i feel so bad about this attitude in my country. infarct we are lawless in Nigerian

I don't want to believe dat this is d reason for beating them like dat cos if it is.. then de should arrest nd put both d security nd d manager in prison .. and those guys should sue d bank with huge amount for these.. is it very bad
