If only that were true - Lagos would be blessed with good roads, schools, hospitals, shops, 24/7 water and electricity supply, leisure centres for children to play in, clean beaches, security, government officials who work, good sanitation FRESH  AIR....

Lagos is definitely NOT Atlanta in disguise.
