In a case that he won in Nigerian court, there has been damning evidence in form of an audio telephone call recording of a male student of covenant university, Emmanuel Adooh who was accused of molesting another female student, Effanga Marilyn. He won his court case mostly because he used the father of popular Nigerian singer, FALZ, Mr. Falana as his lawyer - He came online to celebrate his judicial victory when the second student in the scenario, Omotayo Dada released the damning evidence of Mr. Emmanuel boasting of his segxwal escapade and how he was able to play the entire system to sue to university and win the case, listen to the released audio below:

With this new evidence the case can be reopen in a Country where there is a good judiciary. But for a Failed State like Nigeria of today only
An NGO can wake up the case.

please I don't understand the gist.. so the guy was expelled from school because he accused the girl of giving him STI? I didn't listen to the audio though but just confused how a screen shot picture became a case of the school.
Ps: if he molested the girl, he isn't right, I Don't condone it or support him I just want a clarification
