Social media has been buzzing with mixed reactions after the story of man who returned N1m that was mistakenly transferred to his account.
Despite many reports of dubious people in the country, it appears there are still some honest-to-God kindhearted people as well.
One of which is this Nigerian man currently trending on the internet. Identified as Tobi Abikoye, he has since become the topic of discussion on the internet after he took to his Facebook page to revealed that he returned a whooping sum of N1m to its owner after it was mistakenly transferred to his account.
Sharing screenshots of his account balance before and after he returned the money, Abikoye was left with less than a thousand naira.
The fact that he was able to return the money despite being broke earned him applause on social media.
