Too much o anything is bad, then again masturbation is addictive considering the hormonal cocktail that are released during an orgasm will more often be released during masturbation, hence masturbation does have side effects.

I think the question should be - Do the side effects of masturbation outweigh the benefits?

First point tho is the benefits can only be found in those who arent addicted to it and engaged in it more as a form of segxwal self discovery than self gratification. Knowing Urself is one thing but then that one thing keeps lots of people from being patient enough to enjoy the usually slower pace in which their partners can bring them segxwal gratification.
