A suspected thief was, on Thursday night, burnt to death along Mayne Avenue by Adam Duke, Calabar, Cross River. .

According to reports, the suspect and his accomplices had gone to rob a medicine store at about 9-930pm on Thursday, when luck ran out of them, but two escaped, while one was caught, beaten and burnt to death.
